SAHLI Rabha,
is a Moroccan teacher of English in Sale, Morocco. She has been teaching English for 13 year. During this period of time, she taught Lower Secondary, High School students and INSEA engineers, Rabat. She got her master degree in TEFL in 2014 and she is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at Ibn Tofail Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences in Kenitra. She has been undergoing various trainings and participating in international and national conferences and workshops, which has contributed to her professional and personal growth. She maintains that a good education is the backbone of a given society and a glimpse of hope that can heal one’s life hardships in the future. She also believes that “practice makes perfect” and she never surrenders to failure. If someone fails to attain his/ her objectives, this does not mean the end of the world. Rather, they should try again and again until they meet their aims. That is why, she keeps advising her students to believe in their potentials and talents and try to adapt them to their needs and interests in this trendy world. To foster these skills, she always tries to engage them in an educational platform where both curricular and extra-curricular activities are manifested. She is keen on taking part in diplomatic events and conferences in the quest for professionalism and leadership. This will leave a room for effectively addressing to the most alarming issues. She is a very dynamic woman who likes playing sport, reading and writing, travelling, meeting new people and discovering new cultures because she believes in cultural diversity. She is fond of learning languages; she speaks fluent Arabic, English and French, and little Spanish and Japanese. She is also learning Dutch. She participated in SIMUN 2017 and she will be proudly chairing the UNESCO committee in the second edition of Sahara International MUN (SIMUN 2018). She will be pleased to welcome honorable chairs and co-chairs, and distinguished delegates to take part in this outstanding event. The latter will allow all participants to develop new strategies and collaborations, and shape their potentials and diplomatic skills.
